Custom figure based on actor John de Lancie's character in the Star Trek: the Next Generation episode "Tapestry."

My Recipe:

• Romula Picard for the body
• DS9 Q head - Boil and Pop!
• etched out the design on the chest
• sanded, painted, and there you go

This is actually the second figure of Q I did. I gave this and a Dead Picard as Christmas presents to my buds Chuck and Kevin. I got around to making me one when I saw John de Lancie at a con in Plano, TX.
